Quadree was a great coach. He pushes you when you feel you cannot do it and urges you to go further. I am a former player of Quadree and he has taught me a lot. A good aspect of Quadree is he is not just a coach but a friend. When a coach becomes a friend you are not afraid of them and understand their intention for helping you.
If your kid were to work with Quadree he would be taught how to play the real game of basketball and understand the mental, as well as the physical parts of the game. Your kid would be pushed to strive for his highest potential. I feel that your kid would gain a lot from working with Quadree from my own personal experience with him.
Sincerely,
Matthew Robinson9th grade/JV basketball team for Collegiate Schools
As a sideline mom/cheerleader/coach I still find myself giving both of my children advice I learned from listening to Coach Q work with Matt and my daughter, Chris. Having spent much of my life in competitive sports I knew what a good coach could do for a player and Coach Q was perfect for my son.
Coach Q is passionate about basketball and at the end of the day the kids he works with leave the court exhausted mentally and physically but with a feeling of accomplishment and belief that they can play ball and have fun doing it!

Thanks Coach Q you were a huge help you really "upped" my game
You were probably the best coach I have had.

Dear Coach Q,
"You helped us get better throughout the year. Your halftime talks worked." "I got a lot better this year."
From Gordon Gunn
Dear Coach Q,
I can't thank you enough for being such a great basketball coach. You really were the best coach I ever had (and I have had a couple before) and certainly the most memorable. Thanks for lecturing the team when we needed it, and for putting me in the game at the right time. I hope we'll be able to work together again sometime in the future. Thanks again for being the best!
Your faithful coachee,
Tim Swartz
Thank You Coach Q,
"If you weren't my coach I would know nothing about basketball." "You were one of the best coaches I have had in every sport I have played".
Thank You So Much,
David Norfsinger
"Coach Q is without a doubt the best coach that my son has ever had. Its not just about winning but also about building character. Coach Q's coaching skills are flawless. The way he handles each and every boy is different. He sees their strengths and capitalizes on them. I watched him take a 7th grade basketball team that did not have any skill and turn them into a powerhouse. He worked with these kids individually by building up their confidence and self-esteem. Coach Q knows what it takes to help a child develop into a good player. He genuinely loves kids and is making a difference."
Sue H Noftsinger, Washington Post
"Coach Q is one of those coaches that regardless of how well you play the game of basketball, he will make you a better player."
Richard Jr.
"Thank you so so so so so so much Coach Q. You are the greatest role model to me and someday I wish that I can shoot as well as you. You were the reason that we were able to come back 17 points in the game against Seven Hills."
Thank You,
Allen Qiu

"Thanks for a Great Season"

Thank You Coach Q,
"You helped me make my free throws and shoot better. Basketball was made more fun than ever this year because of you."
Chris Davis
Coach Q has a great knowledge of the game and knows what it takes to become a great basketball player.
While he enjoys playing the game himself, his true passion is developing young players, and helping them be all they can be. His true gift is in helping players recognize and improve their strengths while encouraging them to strengthen their weaknesses. He knows what it takes to be a better player both mentally and physically.
Coach Q is able to develop a strong rapport with his players because he is patient and can give direction in a positive manner. His goal is always to improve the level of play in each individual player. He is a positive role model both on and off the court.
Players respect him and parents support his efforts. Spend just a few minutes talking with Coach Q and you too will feel his passion for the game and HIS players. He wants to make a difference and he is making a difference!!
